At Best Life, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality care to all of our clients, especially as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. We have implemented several policies and procedures to ensure the safety of both our clients and our team members.
Firstly, we ensure that all of our team members are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms before their shift. If a team member displays any symptoms they are required to stay home until they have tested negative and are no longer experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms.
We also require our team members to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all client interactions. This includes masks, gloves, and gowns when necessary. We have provided our team members with ample PPE and provide ongoing training regarding proper usage and disposal procedures. We also take the time to ensure that high touch surfaces are kept clean and disinfected regularly in client homes.
On outings with clients in the community, we take every step possible to ensure the safety of our clients. Clients are encouraged to wear a mask in public areas and hand sanitizer is readily available and encouraged.
The health and safety of our clients and team members is our top priority at Best Life. We will continue to monitor and adapt our policies and procedures to ensure we are providing the safest possible care to our clients during this challenging time.
