Our Philosophy of Care
Why I Created Best Life Aging.
I founded Best Life rooted in one simple belief: we should live well as we age.
Growing older shouldn't mean giving up the people, places, and activities that bring us joy. Instead, I believe it should involve adapting our environment, our support, and our approach as our needs naturally change throughout life.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside older adults in many different stages of the aging journey. While every person's story is unique, one thing has always remained the same: people want to continue living a life that feels meaningful, purposeful, and true to who they are.
My goal has always been to support clients at every stage of aging—from active retirement through changing health needs and end-of-life care—while promoting independence, wellness, meaningful engagement, and the opportunity to remain in the home they love whenever possible.
Today, with the support of our incredible Best Life team, we continue working every day to make that vision a reality by helping our clients continue to live well, every single day.

The Traditional Approach to Aging
Too often, support begins only after a fall, hospitalization, diagnosis, or caregiver crisis. Care is then delivered in separate pieces, without always considering the whole person or how their needs may evolve over time. At Best Life, we believe aging support should be proactive, connected, and built around helping someone continue to live well.
The Living Well Framework
One Relationship. Every Stage of Aging.
Support can begin long before traditional care is needed. From active retirement through changing health needs and end-of-life care, our services evolve while our understanding of the person remains consistent.
